Define who owns the whole experience and who owns the integrity of the specific bits of content.
Give people the time and incentive to keep the content up to date.
Measure and meet regularly to figure out how to do it better.
Add digital to the content creation process, guide people on how to do digital well to make the most of your digital tools with fresh content running through them.
