Hi there, I'm a user experience strategist and designer. I specialise in the research, strategy and design management of large digital projects and products.
I also run cracker workshops, and have taught experience design.
I am currently dedicated to my full-time position as Head of Design at Serato, where I drive user-centered design practices, and lead a team of talented designers.
My previous experience includes:
working on large digital projects as a UX strategist / designer
user research / user testing to identify opportunities and pain points
coaching teams on UX practices
talking to groups of people/students about: user experience, interaction design, content governance and user research practices like co-design.
I co-organised the UXHomegrown conference - an annual boutique conference uncovering New Zealand's endemic UX culture.
I'm based in Auckland, New Zealand and I've been a specialist in UX & Design since 2007.
